To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GenerateMyBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Tax penalties or legal issues arising from incorrect invoices
• Business interruption
• Any other commercial or financial losses

In no event shall GenerateMyBill's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary: all invoice data you enter stays on your device in your browser's localStorage. We do not store or access your business or client information on our servers.

GenerateMyBill is a free service funded by advertising. We display advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed on any page of the Service
• Google may use cookies to personalise ads based on your browsing history
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• You should not click on advertisements that appear deceptive or misleading

We do not endorse any products or services advertised on our platform. Advertiser relationships do not influence our invoice tool's functionality or content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Since we do not maintain user accounts, there is no account to close. Any data stored in your browser's localStorage can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
